Dimitrios A. Parhas

Dimitrios Parhas concentrates his practice in civil litigation, insurance defense, subrogation, and real estate.  At the beginning of his legal career, Dimitrios practiced in real estate transactions and bankruptcy.  He has spent most of his career defending the interests of both insurance carriers and their insureds in state and federal court.

Dimitrios' practice includes the representation of businesses and individuals in lawsuits brought under premises liability, general tort litigation, trucking and auto accidents, construction injury, construction defect, and commercial litigation.  In addition, Dimitrios spends a large portion of his practice representing insurance carriers in protecting and pursuing their subrogation interests.

 

Dimitrios is committed to working closely with his clients to find the most efficient, cost-effective, and favorable resolution to every case. He has a long track record of achieving positive results, including early dismissal, summary judgment, and obtaining favorable outcomes through arbitration, mediation, and trial.

 

In addition, Dimitrios is active in the local legal community and participates in events with the Kane County Bar Association and Northern Illinois University College of Law.
