John White concentrates his practice in civil litigation and insurance defense. He has spent his entire career defending the interests of both insurance carriers and their insureds in state and federal court. His practice includes the representation of businesses and individuals in lawsuits brought under premises liability, general tort litigation, commercial litigation, construction injury, construction defect, trucking and auto accidents, and wrongful death.
John also has extensive experience defending emergency medical providers, including EMTs, paramedics, and ambulance drivers in negligence and wrongful death cases. He has also successfully defended municipalities and police officers in civil rights, wrongful prosecution, and excessive force claims.
John is committed to working closely with his clients to find the most efficient, cost-effective, and favorable resolution to every case. He has a long track record of achieving positive results, including early dismissal, summary judgment, and obtaining favorable outcomes through arbitration and mediation.
In addition, John takes part in the Intensive Trial Advocacy program at his alma mater, Notre Dame Law School.
